Booking & Appointments

Open your confirmation email or the Booking page, click Manage, then choose Reschedule or Cancel. Policies vary by salon—late cancel/no-show fees may apply.

Check spam/junk and make sure your email is correct in Account > Settings. If it’s still missing, contact us via Contacts with your name, salon, and time.

Yes. On the salon page, open Stylist and choose the person you prefer. If you select Any available, we’ll show the earliest options.

Payments & Refunds

Most salons accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Some take cash on site. Check the Good to Know section on the salon page to confirm.

If your cancellation complies with the salon policy, refunds are issued automatically. Banks typically return funds within 3–10 business days.

Account & Privacy

Go to Account > Settings and select Delete account. You can also request deletion via Contacts.

Update your details in Account > Profile. We’ll send a verification if needed.

Reviews & Photos

Visit the salon page and click Leave a review, or go directly to this page. Ratings for Service Quality, Cleanliness, Ambience, and Value help others choose.

Yes. Open your review from your profile and choose Edit or Delete.

Services & Pricing

Pricing depends on service complexity, products used, and stylist expertise. Check the service card for duration and inclusions (e.g., toner, blow-dry).

For Partners (salon owners)

Go to partners.bookeasenow.com and sign in. From there you can manage services, staff, pricing, availability, and bookings.
